TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vigilante Collectibles LLC website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated by reference.

Throughout these Terms, “Vigilante Collectibles,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vigilante Collectibles LLC.

1. Online Store Terms

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the site, products, checkout, payment systems, or customer-service channels for fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful activity.

You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

2. Product Information and Collectible Condition

Collectible condition can materially affect value. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate titles, descriptions, photographs, condition notes, and other product information.

Product photographs may show the actual item offered for sale or, when appropriate, a representative item of the same product. When package condition, serial number, certification number, autograph, grading information, or another identifying characteristic is material to a listing, the listing information should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Minor manufacturer variations, production marks, factory imperfections, shelf wear, packaging characteristics, and other disclosed or reasonably visible condition features are not automatically defects or shipping damage.

3. Prices, Availability, and Errors

Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, inventory, description, photograph, tax, shipping, or other listing errors before or after an order is submitted.

If an item becomes unavailable, was listed in error, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled, we may cancel the affected order or item and issue any applicable refund.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory discrepancies, pricing or listing errors, suspected resale abuse, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.

Order cancellations requested by the customer are not guaranteed once fulfillment processing has begun. Once an order has shipped, the applicable Return and Refund Policy governs.

5. Payment and Taxes

Payment is due at checkout unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Applicable sales tax and other required charges are calculated at checkout based on the information available to us and the destination of the order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, delivery, tracking, carrier-delay, address-correction, and damage procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Returns, Refunds, Clearance, and Final Sale

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All clearance items are Final Sale for change-of-mind purposes. Final Sale status does not prevent a customer from contacting us about an item that arrived damaged, was incorrect, or was materially misdescribed.

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Item Switching

We may refuse, cancel, limit, or investigate transactions or return requests where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, item switching, altered packaging, chargeback abuse, false damage claims, payment misuse, attempted circumvention of purchase limits, or other material abuse.

Rare, graded, autographed, numbered, limited, vintage, chase, or other high-value items may be photographed, serialized, or otherwise documented before shipment.

9. Intellectual Property

The Vigilante Collectibles name, logo, website content, original graphics, photographs, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Vigilante Collectibles LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party brand names, product names, characters, trademarks, and copyrighted properties belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on our site is for identification and resale of authentic products and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

10. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and other technology or fulfillment services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vigilante Collectibles LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
